We are so happy that you’ve decided to join us.

We guarantee that a regular Bikram Yoga practice will change your life in the most wonderful ways.

If you feel nervous, scared or a little intimidated, no problem, many people feel that way initially. Just don’t let it stop you from coming to class. Bikram designed this class for beginners, so know that with a little practice and experience, you’ll quickly feel right at home.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day so that you’re well hydrated before coming to class. Good hydration supports the healthy function of all of your body’s systems, and it makes the heat feel comfortable rather than overwhelming.

Remember, everyone had their very first Bikram Yoga class, even the people on the front row who have been coming for years. They make it look easy because they persevered, and you can to. So there you go… you’re ready to rock… now pick a convenient time and location and come to class as quickly as you can. We look forward to meeting you soon!

  • March is GREEN month @ BYSA

    Each week we will feature a new way to help keep our planet Green.

    Week 1 (March 1-7) - Write on our community boards on how you plan to help Mother Earth.

    Week 2 (March 8-14) - Help cut down the use of plastic bags. Bring your own sweaty clothes bag in OR purchase one of our "Sweat Mates"....a resauble, waterproof lined and oh-so-hip bag.
