Kristen McKenney Baggett

Kristen loves the energy that she receives from practicing Bikram Yoga and needs it to keep up with her two little boys, Keats and Harper, and her wonderful husband, Nick. She enjoys poetry and writing and has used her MA in Literature to teach in Japan and at Incarnate Word High School. Kristen could very easily live off Italian food, anything chocolate, and read Moby Dick over and over again.

Her funniest memory as a young woman is that of going for a ride in an industrial dryer in Paris trying to impress a French man. (She wouldn’t suggest trying this yourself!)

Kristen also teaches kid’s yoga at BYSA, and her contagious energy and laugh keeps us all smiling!
